分子量（Molecule Mass）：The recombinant human CMV glycoprotein B ECD/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer after removal of the signal peptide. The reduced monomer consists of 914 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 104 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of the monomer is approximately 135-145 kDa due to glycosylation.
