分子量（Molecule Mass）：The recombinant human VEGFR2/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein. The reduced monomer consists of 979 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 109 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of rh VEGFR2/Fc monomer is approximatly 150-160 in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
